Stage I of the Shortland Waters redevelopment included a new golf club and community centre for the adjacent retirement village complex.
Products used include: USG Boral Plasterboard linings, Studco metal stud framing, Promat fire-rated columns, Trespa wall & soffit linings, James Hardie Blueboard, Kingspan underslab insulation / CSR Bradford Insulation, Urbanline Blackbutt timber boards, Woodform timber ceiling battens.
