Over six levels, the NCC Fitout at the state-of-the-art new Council headquarters on the Western edge of the city brings together all City Council workers who were previously working across multiple buildings.
The ground floor comprises Council's new digital library which includes a soundproof podcasting studio and an interactive digital wall. The public area ceiling is a feature Europanel timber veneer perforated tile achieving the NRC requirements and ties in with the feature joinery to the display wall and reception desk. 
The executive floor on level six required a very high end and detailed fitout with many unique features: Armstrong perforated black & white metalwork ceiling tiles in a concealed grid, Europanel black batten ceilings to the meeting room, feature pelmets all round to highlight the timber battened walls and artworks throughout, sleek black aluminium glazed partitions, high acoustic partitions, high acoustic doors rated to Rw45 with timber laminex veneers and black feature hardware, black aluminium skirting all providing a very professional high end fitout.
