As the Hunter Region’s leading specialist in external cladding, our expertise is second to none.
We have successfully remediated dozens of buildings with non-compliant cladding, with more than 11,000m2 completed in the last few years as well as completing many New Builds on top of this. Our focus is on ensuring all parties are involved in the design process from Façade Engineer to Fire Engineer ensuring that the cladding being installed is going to meet NCC & AS regulations. As part of our process we consider the buildings Wind Loads, Weather Tightness, Façade Drainage, Climate Zone, Corrosion Zone, Building Classification, and Fire Spread when going through the early design procurement. This gives our Building Owners & Builders that we work for the assurance that all elements are being considered in Shop Drawings before we proceed with a project install.
Our process brings a high level of Quality Assurance when delivering on the supply and installation of Cladding products such as Mondoclad, Vitradual, Alpolic, Exotec, Expresswall, Equitone, Surround, & Barestone Cladding.
